parking & transport

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have private parking on-site. We recommend Lansdowne Car Park, approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It is free of charge and suitable for both short and long stays.

    • From George Best Belfast City Airport

    ‍Train: The fastest way is to take a train from Belfast City Airport to Lanyon Place Station, which takes about 2 hours and 33 minutes and costs between £13 - £20

    Bus: There is no direct bus service, but you can catch a bus from George Best Belfast City Airport to Laganside Bus Station, then transfer to a bus that goes to Dunluce Avenue, taking approximately 3 hours and 19 minutes.

    ‍Private Transfer: You can also book a private transfer service from the airport to Portrush, which offers a more comfortable option.

    Taxi: Taxis are available from the airport, but they may take longer than the train option.

    • Public transport from Belfast International

    Bus: There is no direct bus service. You can take a bus from Belfast International Airport to Antrim Bus centre, then transfer to a bus heading to Coleraine Buscentre. The journey takes about 2 hours and 55 minutes

    ‍Train: You can also take a train from ‍Antrim Train Station to Portrush which takes about ‍an hour.

    Private Transfer: For a more convenient option, consider booking a private transfer service, which can be arranged in advance.

    • Public transport from Belfast Stena Line

    Take the bus from Stena Line Terminal to Donegall Place then walk to Belfast Grand Central Station. From there, you can take the train to Portrush. The total journey takes around 2 hours 20 minutes.

  • Yes, breakfast is available for £16 per person or £8 for a child. If breakfast is added to the reservation with the reception team the day before we can add it for a promotional price of £14 for an adult and £7 for a child.

  • Our breakfast offers continental breakfast items such as croissants, cereals. We offer both buffet style breakfast and plated style breakfast. Our buffet breakfast consists of Full Irish Fry breakfast items.  Menu can be seen on arrival for our plated breakfast items.

  • Everyday from 6.30 to 10.30 am

  • Yes, the Marcus Portrush has 1 restaurant on site. The Nemesis Restaurant is an Asian Fusion restaurant that is open Monday-Sunday 5pm-9:30pm with last orders being at 9pm.

  • The Heritage Cocktail Bar is open 11am-late Monday-Sunday. We serve lunch from 12pm-4pm each day.

  • Yes, we do. Our room service is available with a limited menu from 11pm-7am. 

Fitness and facilities

  • Yes, we have a gym on-site for guests. It is available 24 hours, and the room key card will unlock the door.

  • Yes, we have a secure luggage storage available in our reception area.

  • Yes, golf bags will fit in the luggage room.

  • Yes, we do offer a laundry service on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The bag should be left with Reception before 7am and it will go out and back on the same day. Will be returned by the end of the day. The cost for a bag of laundry is £25

check in, check out and payments

  • Our check in time is from 3pm. Early check in is available but is subject to availability of the hotel. Early check in is free of charge for our Hilton Honors Members. This is free to sign up on arrival.

  • Our check out time is at 11am. Late check out for Hilton Honors members depend on availability and is 12pm with no charge and 1pm for Diamond members. For non-members it would be £15 per hour.

  • Yes, we require a £20 authorisation per night for security and to open the room for charges. It is a refundable deposit if nothing is charged to the room and will be released on check out. Pre-authorisation would be taken on a credit card preferably.  

room types and amenities

  • Yes, we offer our King Deluxe rooms, this room consist of 1 King bed and sofa bed. This is suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults. We also offer our Double Superior rooms. This room type is suitable for 2 Adults and 1 Small child or 3 adults.

  • Yes, we offer interconnecting rooms. This is subject to availability and to the room type that has been booked.

  • There is a smart TV, steamer and hair dryer, a safe and tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms.

  • Yes, we provide travel cots. This can be set up prior to arrival. This is at request only and is subject to availability. Please bring your own linen to make your little ones’ stay comfortable.

pet friendly

  • Yes, small dogs up to 15kg are allowed in the bar and lobby area. One small dog is allowed to be checked in with guests and a non-refundable charge of £45 will be applied on check in for additional cleaning. Water bowel and rubber spill mat will be in the room for arrival.

Attractions

  • We recommend driving as parking is available at the Giant’s Causeway. The Causeway rambler bus service (402) will take you to the Causeway and past all the other sites like Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery etc. The last bus back to Portrush from the Causeway is 7pm.
