Inspired by the adventures of Marcus and his deep-sea encounter with the giant octopus named Nemesis, you are invited to dive into daring flavours, vibrant dishes, and cocktails that whisper of distant shores.

From fiery curries to delicately balanced small plates, each bite is part of an epic flavour adventure.
